現處於全球化世代，因應全球對於華語學習的需求日益增加，中國科技大學於2017年8月正式設立「華語教學中心」，除了提供完善的華語教學課程、專業師資及教學環境，也希望將華語融入研習學生的日常生活中，同時在學習之餘，更能夠瞭解中華文化及臺灣寶島之美。
本中心針對外籍學生與旅外華人設計與安排華語聽、說、讀、寫等專業課程，為增進學習者的華語能力，課程內容著重於語言的實用性，在課堂中引進有關日常生活議題的練習，使學習者能透過語言，培養並實踐溝通交際的能力，進而走出課堂，融入社會。
In response to the increasing global demand for Chinese language learning, China University of Technology set up "Chinese Language Center" in August 2017. Apart from providing comprehensive Chinese programs, professional teachers and teaching environment, Integrate into the daily life of study students and at the same time learn more about the beauty of Chinese culture and Taiwan's island.
The Center designs and arranges Chinese courses for listening, speaking, reading and writing of Chinese for foreign students and Chinese traveling abroad. To enhance learners' Chinese proficiency, the course focuses on the practicality of language and introduces topics concerning daily life in the classroom Exercises enable learners to cultivate and practice communicative competence through language, and then get out of the classroom and into society.
